With three busy, bustling restaurants, we're clear about both what we do, and just how important our staff are to our success. It's taken us almost 10 years to open three restaurants, so we're not in a rush - it is vital to us that we enjoy the process and grow carefully to maintain consistency and real quality. We try to do things properly across the board: we’re not here to take shortcuts. Every member of staff is assigned a mentor, goes through regular appraisals and each has a personal development plan to make the most of their time with us. We have an extensive internal training programme for all staff and managers, as well as opportunities to gain recognised qualifications outside our walls. Staff are regularly promoted within our organisation as a result of their development success.
