Great catch

In an effort to ensure we have the freshest, best quality fish you can find in London, we will now be up before dawn to trawl the markets.  Our new refrigerated van is getting a fancy paint job, and Gerald, Head Chef at The Garrison, is resetting his body clock to be up in time for all the top catches at Billingsgate each morning.

We’re taking a ‘team trip’ down to the market soon to see just what it’s all about, take some pictures, eat some fish and feel justified to have a beer at 9am.
